4. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of the content and brand assets they provide. All original code, graphics, and designs developed by us remain our property until final payment is received.
5. Maintenance & Support
Post-deployment support will be governed by a separate maintenance agreement or hourly billing if required.
6. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Work completed up to termination will be billable.

All prices are provided via email or proposals and are valid for a limited period. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance is mandatory to initiate any project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion or based on agreed milestones.
- Services like hosting and domains are payable 100% in advance.
3. Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may lead to service suspension or late fee charges.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds for completed stages of work or services already rendered.
- Refund requests for non-starters will be reviewed case-by-case basis.
